NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are investigating after a man aboard a subway in Brooklyn was stabbed during a dispute early Friday, according to the officials.
The incident happened on a Manhattan-bound L train near the Lorimer Street station in Williamsburg at approximately 4:45 a.m., authorities said.
According to the NYPD, two men aboard the train got into an argument that escalated when one of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed the other man.
EMS transported the victim to an area hospital in stable condition, officials said.
So far, no arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
