NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- Police are searching for a suspect in a chair attack at a sub sandwich shop in the Financial District last week.
The NYPD released surveillance images Tuesday of the man they're searching for in the attack at Pot Belly Sandwich Shop on the evening of Aug. 28.
Video shows the suspect walking into the business at 90 Broad St. around 7:30 p.m. and picking up a wooden chair.

He then threw the chair at a 78-year-old man who was in the shop, striking the victim in the head, police said.
The attacker fled the area, while the victim declined medical attention at the scene.
