NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man wanted for shoving a Bronx flower shop to the ground and robbing it at gunpoint on Monday, authorities said.
At approximately 6:35 p.m., the suspect entered a flower shop located at 20 East Gun Hill Rd. in Norwood where he displayed a firearm and shoved a 39-year-old store employee to the ground before taking $10 worth of flowers, officials said.
The suspect then fled southbound on foot southbound on Dekalb Avenue.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
