
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is investigating after a man was bashed over head with bottle at a Times Square subway station early Friday.
It happened at about 1:34 a.m. near the booth area at the 42nd Street Times Square station on the A/C/E lines.
According to officials, a 41-year-old man was struck in the head multiple times with a bottle following a dispute.
He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals / Bellevue in stable condition.
There have been no arrests made and police are looking for a man wearing a gray shirt and gray pants.
The attack happened just hours after an on-duty MTA conductor was punched in the face unprovoked at the 42nd Street-Grand Central station.
An investigation remains ongoing.
