NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Officials are searching for a group who beat a 36-year-old man with a metal pipe then stabbed him during a robbery in Brooklyn late Sunday, police said.
The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. as the victim was crossing Kings Highway near Ocean Avenue in Sheepshead Bay when he was approached by four men who struck him with the pipe in an unprovoked attack, the NYPD said.
The victim was then stabbed in the stomach with a knife, officials said.
