
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man attacked an 86-year-old woman at an Upper East Side grocery store this week, leaving her with a busted eye and multiple broken teeth, police said Thursday as they released video of the suspect.
The victim was inside the Morton Williams location at 1066 Third Ave. around 1:25 p.m. on Sunday when the suspect came up from behind and pushed her to the ground, police said.
The victim suffered injuries to her left eye and back, as well as multiple broken teeth, after falling to the floor, according to cops.
She was transported by EMS to Weill Cornell Medical Center in stable condition.
