NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police arrested a man after he elbowed an Asian man in the chest a Manhattan subway station Wednesday then yelled "if you're not Bruce Lee, then f**k off," at him.

Officials arrested 55-year-old Janaria Kelley at the Columbus Circle subway station moments after he fled on a southbound train following the attack.

The incident occurred around 12:15 p.m. while the 42-year-old victim waited on the southbound B train platform at the 86th Street/Central Park East station, authorities said.

Kelley was charged with aggravated harassment as a hate crime and assault, according to the NYPD.

It had been his second arrest in less than 30 days, he was due back in court later this month on a sex crime, NYPD Police Commissioner Dermot Shea wrote on Twitter.
