NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating after a man fell to his death from a luxury apartment building on the Upper East Side on Sunday night.
EMS pronounced the man dead just before 11:15 p.m. when he was discovered on the roof of the building located at 154 East 85th St., officials said.
According to police, the man likely dropped from the 15-story condo building at the building located at 150 East 85th St. and landed on the roof of the building next door, which is a shorter structure, police said.
The medical examiner will determine the official cause of death.
