NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police are searching for a man who they say raped a woman in Central Park on Friday night.
The man and 29-year-old woman went to the north end of the park to do crystal meth, but the man forced her to the ground when she tried to leave, police told the Daily News.
Police said the man raped the woman in a wooded area by the Harlem Meer, near East Drive at E. 109th Street, around 8:45 p.m.

The man ran away following the attack, while the woman was taken to an area hospital, according to the report.
Citizen App video shows police and an ambulance in the area after 9 p.m.
Police believe the man is in his 30s. They said he has a thin build, short hair and earrings that say, "Baby."
