NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a suspect accused of repeatedly beating a man with a glass bottle in Midtown last month.
At approximately 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, September 30, a 22-year-old man was standing in front of 11 Pennsylvania Plaza when he was approached by the suspect.
The suspect then struck the victim multiple times in the head and chest with a glass bottle.
The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition.
