NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Tuesday released a photo of a suspect wanted for stealing a 70-year-old's cell phone inside a Brooklyn subways station last week.
It happened at 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, inside of the Nassau Avenue G line subway station in Greenpoint, authorities said.
According to police, the woman was swiping her MetroCard in the turnstile area when the suspect approached her and snatched her cellphone out of her hand.
The suspect fled the location out of the station in an unknown direction.
The victim did not sustain any injuries as a result of this incident.
