
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A suspect is wanted for allegedly stabbing a man during a dispute on a Manhattan street early Monday, authorities said.

The 41-year-old victim was on 7 Avenue and West 40th Street in Midtown around 4:50 a.m. when he was approached by a group of eight people, according to police.
After engaging in a verbal dispute that turned physical, one person took out a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times throughout his body, cops said.
The group fled the scene and EMS workers later transported the man to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue where he was listed as in critical but stable condition.
