NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police on Tuesday released a photo of a man sought for stabbing another man with a large knife while on a Bronx bus last week.
It happened at approximately 6:40 a.m. on Thursday, July 4 while a 40-year-old man was aboard an MTA bus, authorities said.
According to officials, the suspect boarded the bus, brandished a large knife and stabbed the victim in the right forearm.
He then fled on foot northbound on Ogden Avenue.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln for his injuries.
The suspect was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, red hat, blue jeans, and black and red sneakers.
