NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man stole a woman’s headphones in a violent robbery aboard a subway train in the Bronx this week, police said.
The 31-year-old woman was sitting aboard a southbound 2-line train in the Wakefield section at 11:15 a.m. on Monday when the man attacked her, according to police.
The man pushed the victim’s head against a subway pole and then snatched her headphones from her head before fleeing at the E. 225th Street station, police said.
The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect on Wednesday.
