NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released photos on Monday of a man they are trying to identify in connection with the sexual abuse of a 73-year-old woman aboard a Queens subway train last week.
It happened at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Friday, June 5 while the woman was riding a Manhattan-bound 7 train approaching the Vernon Boulevard–Jackson Avenue station in Long Island City.
According to police, the suspect positioned himself behind the victim, exposed his genitals, and pressed himself against her over her clothing.
The victim remained on the train while the suspect fled the station on foot to an unknown location. No physical injuries were reported.
The suspect was described as having blond hair, a distinct neck tattoo, and was last seen wearing a blue hat, a blue shirt, and carrying a black backpack.
