Officials said at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, the suspect approached a 27-year-old woman inside of 1509 Forest Ave. in Elm Park, exposed his penis, and attempted to forced her to touch it but she did not.
The individual fled in an unknown direction. The victim did not sustain any injuries as a result of this incident.
