VIDEO: Police seek man who groped woman, 75, entering residential building in Harlem

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for a man wanted for groping a 75-year-old woman entering a residential building in Harlem on Wednesday afternoon.

Just after noon on November 3, the suspect made lewd comments to the victim as she entered the building located in the vicinity of West 116 Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard, authorities said.


According to police, the suspect then shoved his hand down the back of the woman's pants and grabbed her buttocks.

A witness intervened and the individual fled on foot eastbound on West 116 Street, officials said.

The suspect is described as a Black male, about 45 to 50 years old, 5'7" to 5'9". He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, a black jacket with the Chicago Bulls log on the front, black sweatpants, and blue sneakers.
