
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — An off-duty MTA bus driver was arrested for allegedly strangling his minor daughter, police said Saturday.

The city employee, 40-year-old Eric Olmedo, was taken into custody in Brooklyn on Friday night.
Olmedo was charged with strangulation, assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17-years-old, authorities said.
The investigation remains ongoing.
