NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A woman with an umbrella attacked an MTA employee at a subway station in Brooklyn this week, leaving the victim hospitalized in the latest assault on a city transit worker.

Surveillance video released by the NYPD on Wednesday shows the suspect sneaking under a turnstile at the Myrtle–Wyckoff Avenues station in Bushwick on Sunday night.

According to police, the 53-year-old victim was on duty at the station around 9:30 p.m. when she was attacked by the umbrella-wielding suspect.
