NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A multi-vehicle crash injured seven people and shut down all eastbound lanes of the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday.

The crash took place just before 3 p.m. and critically injured one person who emergency responders rushed to Bellevue Hospital.
The six other people injured in the crash were treated at the scene but did not require hospitalization.
The NYPD last issued a traffic update on Twitter at 3:20 p.m., urging motorists to seek alternative routes.
