
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A city employee faces a long list of charges after he allegedly started a fight with an NYPD officer in Brooklyn, reportedly over a parking spot.
Roberto Delossantos, an employee at the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, was arrested Thursday evening, police said.
The 29-year-old was charged with assault on a police officer, assault, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, stalking, trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Police told the Daily News that Delossantos was confronted by two off-duty NYPD officers after he parked his car at a lot reserved for NYPD Transit employees on Fulton Street in Cypress Hills.
Delossantos allegedly followed one of the officers to their car and got into a physical fight, according to the report.
