NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a woman who was attacked by a stranger on the Upper East Side unprovoked two weeks ago.
The 27-year-old woman was walking on Park AVenue near East 81st Street on July 14 around 6:05 p.m. when the man started hitting her in the head with an object, police said.
The man fled after the attack and EMS rushed the woman to New York Presbyterian Hospital with head injuries, where she was treated and released, according to authorities.
