NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A woman has been accused of poisoning her husband with boric acid after a camera the husband installed at their Queens home allegedly captured her contaminating his coffee, according to a report.

Suncha Tinevra, 70, was arrested Thursday after her 63-year-old husband went to the 111th Precinct to report her, police sources told the New York Post. She was charged with attempted manslaughter and assault.

The husband told police that he installed the camera in the kitchen of their Oakland Gardens apartment after he noticed he'd been falling ill after eating, according to the report. He told police his symptoms included being overly tired and sleeping upwards of 15 hours.

The camera he installed allegedly captured Tinevra putting the insecticide into his coffee on Tuesday morning, sources told the Post. The coffee, along with a coffee pot and the boric acid, was seized by police, according to the report.
