
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A quick-hitting low-pressure system could dump up to an inch of snow on the city late Monday night and into Tuesday morning, according to Accuweather.
Monday night should start with a wintery mix of rain or snow showers, then a little snow at times as the fast-storm system moves through. The low is 35.
More than two to four inches are possible west and south of the city.
"A quick-moving low pressure system could bring a swath of 1 to 1 1/2 inches of snowfall across portions of the northeastern New Jersey and into New York City late this evening and overnight," the National Weather Service said. "Slippery travel is possible for the Tuesday morning commute."

By Tuesday morning, Accuweather forecasts a flurry early in the morning. It's otherwise breezy and cooler, with intervals of clouds and sunshine throughout the day. The high is 44.
Tuesday night could see temperatures reach a low in the 20s.
Wednesday will be windy, with intervals of clouds and sunshine and a high of 45. By nightfall, a low of 32.
