The 6,100 square foot property used to house Triangle Sports, but has been vacant for over a decade. Hidrock Properties bought the building in 2019 for $7 million.

Savage X Fenty will be renting the space for $650,000 annually.

Following the boutique’s online success and the opening of a flagship store in Las Vegas, the brand is expanding with brick-and-mortar storefronts in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Houston and Washington D.C.

"We wanted to be able to connect with our customers in real life and give them something they have never seen before," Rihanna said in a statement.

The lingerie start-up has secured roughly $310 million in funding with investors ranging from an Abu Dhabi growth fund to Jay-Z.
