NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 22-year-old man was shot in the head in the park across from Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, according to police.
The man was arguing with a group of young men near the chess tables at Mullaly Park in the Bronx when one of them shot him around 6:45 p.m., authorities said.
Emergency responders rushed the victim to Lincoln Hospital in critical condition.
The NYPD has not yet made any arrests and an investigation is ongoing.
