NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for an unidentified individual wanted for repeatedly punched a 12-year-old boy at a Queens subway station then stealing his bike.
According to police, the boy was at approximately 5:20 p.m. on February 11, , the 12-year-old male victim was standing with a bicycle on the mezzanine level of the 67 Avenue subway station in Forest Hills when he was approached by an unknown man.
The suspect began to punch the boy in the head and body with closed fists before he forcibly removed the bike, officials said.
The assailant fled with the bike on a Manhattan-bound train according to authorities.
