NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a suspect wanted in connection to a robbery that happened inside a Manhattan subway station earlier this month, authorities said.
At approximately 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 2, a 27-year-old woman was on board a southbound 1 train inside the West 28th Street and 7th Avenue subway station in Chelsea when she was approached by the suspect who snatched her cellphone from her hand, officials said.
According to police, the suspect then threatened to punch the woman in the face before fleeing outside the subway station in an unknown direction.
