NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released photos on Wednesday of a suspect they are looking to identify accused of pepper-spraying a 72-year-old man at an Aldi supermarket in Queens over the weekend.
It happened at approximately 11 a.m. on Saturday inside the store located at 92-29 168th St. in Jamaica.
According to police, the suspect approached the victim, became irate during a verbal dispute, and pepper-sprayed him directly in the face.
The suspect then fled the location on foot to parts unknown. EMS responded to the scene and treated the victim for pain, redness, and a burning sensation in his eyes.
