NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 15-year-old is under arrest in the slashing of a boy and a girl outside Harry S. Truman High School in the Bronx on Wednesday.
Police said a 15-year-old has been charged with attempted murder, two counts of assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Reports of an incident came in around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. Police said a 15-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl -- both students -- were slashed.
The boy was slashed in the face and neck, while the girl was slashed on the arm, police said.
Both were taken a hospital for injuries not considered life-threatening.
The slashing happened after the victim warned the attacker to stay away from his girlfriend, according to the New York Post.
