The assailants began arguing with the agents near the corner of West 40th Street and 11th Avenue, near the Lincoln Tunnel, back on Thursday, Oct. 7, police said.

Eventually, the dispute became physical and the two suspects began assaulting the agents around 6:30 p.m. before fleeing in their car.
