NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The NYPD is searching for two suspects who allegedly carved the word “Nazis” and a swastika on the doors of a Tesla Cybertruck in Brooklyn this week.

The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating the vandalism on Monroe Street, near Patchen Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant early Thursday morning.

Police said the Cybertruck’s cameras captured video of the duo scrawling the word and Nazi symbol on the truck around 1 a.m.

The incident comes amid an uptick in attacks on property with the Tesla logo across the U.S. since President Donald Trump took office and tapped Tesla CEO Elon Musk for a prominent role overseeing a new Department of Government Efficiency that has slashed government spending.
