NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A group of armed robbers have been busy in Harlem—robbing nearly a dozen men, most of them delivery workers, in recent weeks, and leaving at least one of the victims hospitalized with a stab wound.

The NYPD released images Monday of the suspects they're searching for in the crime pattern, with nine robberies reported in Harlem and East Harlem between Feb. 19 and Feb. 29.

The robbery crew is linked to at least four muggings on the night of Feb. 29.

Among the victims that night was a 41-year-old deliveryman who was stabbed in the back with a knife around 9:45 p.m. by two robbers who tried to steal his phone at West 131st Street and Seventh Avenue. The suspects fled empty-handed. The victim was admitted to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem in stable condition.

Just a few hours before that robbery, a 30-year-old deliveryman was robbed around 7 p.m. by six thieves who stole his e-bike, cellphone and delivery bag at 212 West 124th St. And just blocks from there, another deliveryman, 24, was pushed and robbed of his e-bike, cellphone and $120 cash around 9 p.m. by three suspects who held a knife to his stomach at 4 West 130th St.

A 31-year-old man was the fourth victim of the night; he was robbed shortly after 10 p.m. at 630 Lenox Ave. Three suspects held him up at gun and knifepoint as they stole his e-bike. He suffered minor injuries, police said.

The group also been linked to five other armed robberies in late February, including three in Harlem and two in East Harlem. As in the other robberies, most of the victims were deliverymen robbed of their e-bikes in the after hours.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
