VIDEO: Boy, 15, stabbed in daytime attack on Bronx street, suspect sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man stabbed a 15-year-old boy multiple times in broad daylight on a Bronx street, police said Thursday.

The teen victim was sitting on his scooter at the northwest corner of 179 Street and University Avenue in University Heights on Feb. 24 when he was approached by the man just before 3 p.m., police said.

The teen and the man got into a dispute, and the man took out a knife and stabbed the teen multiple times, according to police.

Disturbing video released by the NYPD on Thursday shows the two of them struggling beside the scooter before the man knocks the teen to the ground and stabs him repeatedly. People can be seen walking and driving nearby during the attack.
