VIDEO: Man, 61, slashed, attacked by pair during Bronx dispute

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A pair of attackers slashed a 61-year-old man after they got into a dispute with him in the Bronx on Monday, the NYPD said.

The man got into an argument with the pair at the corner of Valentine Avenue and East 204th Street in the Jerome Park section of the Bronx around 9:40 a.m. on Monday, police said.


As the fight escalated, the two started attacking the man and slashed him with an unknown object, the NYPD said.

The two attackers fled the scene in a black Honda Civic after the assault, police said.

The 61-year-old was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was treated and released, the NYPD said.
