NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 65-year-old woman fell to her death from Beth Abraham Hospital in Washington Heights on Friday, according to police.
Police discovered the woman unresponsive around 1:43 p.m. with injuries consistent with a large fall, officials said.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The hospital is 15 stories tall, though it's unclear whether she fell from the roof or a window.
