NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking for a man accused in an anti-Semitic attack that unfolded in Manhattan this week.
On Thursday at 2 p.m. on the corner of Broadway and West 3rd Street, a male suspect approached a 34-year-old man and grabbed his yarmulke from his head, police said.
The victim demanded his yarmulke back, to which the suspect threw it back at him and made an "anti-Semitic statement," according to cops.
The victim wasn't injured, and the suspect fled on foot.
The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force is investigating the incident.
Police released a photo of the person they're looking for in the case.
