CRESSKILL, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- Police are questioning a man after a woman was found beaten to death in a New Jersey home Wednesday evening.
Officers recieved a 911 call at around 6:45 p.m.
Upon arrival at the home located at 151 Stonegate Trail in Cresskill, offcials discovered the victim deceased of apparent blunt force trauma.
Authorities believe the woman died from apparent blunt force trauma and may have been attacked with a baseball bat.
The woman's death has been ruled a homicide, according to prosecutors.
Police did not give any additional information about the victim.
An investigation remains ongoing.
