(KNX) A wildfire has already broken out in Simi Valley Wednesday morning and has grown to at least 15 acres as Southern California is under an extreme Red Flag warning because of high Santa Ana winds.
Areas around the Reagan Library are under mandatory evacuations. Homes are being threatened.

Mandatory evacuations have been issued for the following areas:
Simi Valley / Unincorporated Simi Valley / Moorpark
North: Tierra Rejada
South: Olsen / Madera Street
East: Madera Street
West: Highway 23
It comes as crews carefully watch the hot spots from the Tick, Palisades and Getty wildfires and Edison cuts power to nearly 10,000 customers.
