BETHPAGE, N.Y. (1010 WINS) -- Officials arrested a man on Long Island during an overdose investigation on Thursday evening, authorities said.
According to narcotics detectives, at 5:15 pm, an investigation into a fatal overdose of a resident in Bethpage led to the arrest of 30-year-old Nicholas S. Leroy.
Officials placed Leroy under arrest without incident.
Leroy is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
