PATCHOGUE, N.Y. (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A Long Island woman was arrested early Tuesday for driving with 65 license suspensions, Suffolk County Police said.
The 23-year-old Medford woman was pulled over in the eastbound lanes of Sunrise Highway, near exit 52 in Patchogue, just after 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Cops initiated the traffic stop because they observed her speeding in a 2000 Honda Accord, police said.
During the traffic stop, they discovered she had 65 license suspensions from 12 dates.
She was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was also issued a summons for speeding.
