NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- More weirdly warm weather is coming our way, but don’t get used to it. New York City should, once again, see record high temperatures on Sunday and Monday before falling back down.

Forecasters predict a chilly Saturday with a high of 46 degrees, but temperatures are expected to rise into the high 60s or low 70s on Sunday.

With the historical record high temperature March 6 at 68 degrees, there’s a good chance New York City will once again break temperature records.

The almost 30 degree increase will be the latest in a series of unseasonably warm moments this winter.

Some parts of New York City might get rain showers Sunday morning, but forecasters say the afternoon should be sunny and warm — perfect park weather!

Monday will also be warm and rainy with a high in the low 70s, but by Monday night forecasters expect temperatures to drop back down to the mid 40s. Easy come, easy go.
