The Jets have released footage of team officials, including head coach Robert Saleh, general manager Joe Douglas, and assistant GM Rex Hogan, calling Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner to let him know he was their pick at fourth overall.
The content was pretty fantastic.
The highlight of the video had to be Saleh, who let out a loud “SAUCEEE!” cheer as soon as he got on the phone with the Cincinnati cornerback, letting Gardner know he was always the pick that the team wanted.
Now, they have him.
