According to the New York Times, a lawsuit has been filed against James Dolan, with a woman accusing the Knicks and Rangers owner of sexual assault and sex trafficking.

In the lawsuit, Kellye Croft alleges that Dolan pressured her into unwanted sex in 2013 while she was a massage therapist for a music tour headlined by the Eagles, which included Dolan’s band, JD and the Straight Shot, as an opening act.

According to the suit, Craft told Dolan she was not interested in a sexual relationship, noting the difference in age (she was 27 at the time). But the two, per the suit, continued to have sexual relations while Croft continued to give Dolan professional massages during the tour, despite feeling “disgusted and terrified.”

Croft also alleges that Dolan set up a meeting between Croft and Harvey Weinstein, who wanted to hire Croft to be a massage therapist for actors on movie sets. Croft alleges that Weinstein later sexually assaulted her after chasing her into a hotel room.

Weinstein, convicted of rape and sexual assault against multiple women, is currently serving multiple prison sentences.

Dolan’s lawyer issued a statement vehemently denying the allegations, saying Dolan and Croft had a friendship, and “Mr. Dolan always believed Ms. Croft to be a good person and is surprised she would agree to these claims. Bottom line, this is not a he said/she said matter and there is compelling evidence to back up our position.”

Weinstein’s lawyer also issued a statement denying the claims.
