At his London show Saturday night, Liam Gallagher closed his set at Royal Albert Hall by dedicating the Oasis hit "Live Forever" to the late Taylor Hawkins, who passed away on Friday. “This is for you, brother.” Said Gallagher as a photo of Hawkins was displayed.

Gallagher had tweeted his condolences upon hearing the news of Hawkins' passing on Friday evening.

During Foo Fighters 2019 Reading Festival set, Hawkins, a big Oasis fan said “one of these days we’ll get Oasis back. One of these days.” The statement drew the ire of Noel Gallagher, but lead to a bond between Liam Gallagher & Hawkins.
