Brian McFarland, salary cap guru for RussellStreetReport.com, joined the Big Bad Morning Show on Thursday to share his thoughts on what the Ravens may do over the next few weeks, as the NFL hot stove starts to heat up. The Ravens made some roster moves on Wednesday, releasing CB Tavon Young and signing the tenders of 6 ERFA's, as well as saying goodbye to OT Alejandro Villanueva. Those moves freed up around 12 million dollars of cap space for the Ravens, leaving them with close to 15.5 space to work with, but even then, can they go out and sign some free agent players? Brian joins the guys and discusses why the cap space they have may not lend itself to chasing guys like Tyrann Mathieu or newly released LB Bobby Wagner. Plus, Brian talks about some ways the Ravens could free up more cap space and what moves they should make with any newly acquired money. All that and more with Ed, Rob, and Jeremy, on the Big Bad Morning Show.
