CenturyLink Field, home to the Seahawks, Sounders FC and other large scale Seattle events, just announced they will be going cashless in order to boost guest experience starting this Saturday. This includes the Stadium, Event Center and WaMu Theater.
CenturyLink will only accept Credit/Debit cards, as well as "Fee-Free Cash to Card" prepaid cards, that can be purchased at kiosks throughout the venue.
As stated in their official announcement, cashless transactions lead to faster lines and increased guest satisfaction. I am totally down with this as I usually have zero cash on me, hah. What do you think about this new way of operating?
