We went big on Sunday night when seattle rapper Sol came by for Locals Only. We didn't just play a few tracks from his fantastic new album Soon Enough. We played the whole thing.
Over the course of the two hour show Sol spent time breaking down each song and talking about the process of making his new album. He also talked about the fantastic music videos he has been releasing to go along with tracks from Soon Enough.
This Friday night (4/12) Sol plays The Showbox. He has soldout the venue a few times in the past and it is highly likely he will again this time. Sol talked about the artists supporting him on the lineup in Mista DC who we have played on the show before. He will also be joined by Karma Knows, an artist from Tri Cities who I was not familiar with but after hearing the track Sol shared I am pretty much in love. You can expect to hear plenty of Karma Knows on Locals Only moving forward.
If you see this in time do yourself a favor and get tickets to see Sol at The Showbox. Oh, and get your hands on his new album Soon Enough. You'll be really glad you did.
