(670 The Score) A mentor of Bears coach Matt Nagy is leaving his staff.
Senior offensive assistant Brad Childress won't return to the Bears, he told Cleveland.com. Childress had worked for the Bears for the past two seasons, joining Nagy when he came to Chicago.

Childress, 63, indicated that he's eyeing retirement but would be open to joining the staff of new Browns coach Kevin Stefanski, with whom he has previously worked.

The Bears were 29th in total offense in 2019 under the direction of Nagy and his offensive staff.
