CHICAGO (670 The Score) -- Bears right guard Teven Jenkins suffered a neck injury and was stabilized on a stretcher and carted off the field in the first quarter of Chicago's game against Philadelphia on Sunday at Soldier Field.

Jenkins appeared to be snapped backward awkwardly by an Eagles defender and crumbled to the turf at Soldier Field upon contact. He was kicking his legs and displayed movement immediately after the contact before being stabilized on a stretcher by medical personnel. Jenkins was also speaking to medical personnel as he was taken off the field, WBBM sideline reporter Mark Grote reported. Jenkins was quickly ruled out for the rest of the game, the team said.
In other injury news, Bears receiver Equanimeous St. Brown has entered the concussion protocol after having his head slammed to the ground on a 20-yard reception on Chicago's first drive. He was listed as questionable to return.
